You may order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by fax. Simply fax your order directly

Please write your order including ship to address, daytime phone number,
quantity, style codes, color placement and size.

Order Production:
Please make sure your order is complete, including sizes, styles and colors. Order will not be
processed until order confirmation and payment is received.
Order Confirmation:
Please read over information on your estimate carefully. TeamLeader cannot be responsible for
errors on orders.
Payment Information:
In order to keep our prices the lowest possible, we must strictly follow these policies.
Full prepayment is required by Official School Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order or
Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, American Express, or Discover). We are unable to accept School
Purchase Orders, Personal Checks or League/Organization checks.
Matching Previous Orders:
Please provide us with all information when placing your order. If trying to match
a previous order, please state when ordering. If garment has lettering, imprint or monogramming,
please send sample or photocopy. Monogramming on uniforms may vary slightly due to font/style
changes. Please label samples and photocopies clearly. We make every effort to match colors
as closely as possible. Although the finest dyes are used in all products and materials, lots may
absorb dye to slightly varying degrees and shading differences may occur. Therefore, TeamLeader
cannot guarantee a perfect color match.
Cancellations:
All TeamLeader uniforms are specially made for each customer. Therefore, once your
order is submitted, it is impossible to make changes or cancel items on the order.
Returns and Exchanges:
Please return items by a trackable method. (Ex. UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) All TeamLeader merchandise
is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Any discrepancies from the
packing list must be reported within 3 days. TeamLeader cannot be responsible for any discrepancies
after distribution. All return claims must be made within 14 days from receipt of item. For
all exchanges, TeamLeader must receive unworn merchandise BEFORE items can be
reshipped. Shipping charges will be added on any orders requiring additional shipments for
exchanges. To return a defective item, please call for authorization number Toll Free 1-877-365-7555.
All returns must include a copy of packaging invoice, return form, reason for
return/exchange and requested action. Worn items will not be accepted for exchange or credit.
All items must be in original packaging, unopened for exchange or credit to be approved.
Shoes:
Any shoe exchange must be received in restockable condition and in their original unmarcked
box. If shoes are not in restockable condition, (clean, unmarked, unlaced) they will be returned
to you.
Return Authorization:
Forms must be enclosed in all return shipments. If you need an additional copy, please call and
a form will be faxed immediately or see our website for a printable version.
Monogrammed/Imprinted Garments:
Due to the fragile nature of monogramming and imprinting, extra care may be needed. We
cannot guarantee durability of monogrammed or imprinted garments after numerous washings
or improper care. All return claims must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Uniforms:
Gaments that meet the order and style specifications are not considered a quality issue. TeamLeader
will not be responsible for replacing or remaking uniforms that have been outgrown. You may be
ordering for growing athletes. Take this into consideration when ordering. For sanitary purposes,
uniforms returned for inspection or for a defect must be clean.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
All Uniforms, Sweatshirts, Jackets, Quick Delivery and Custom Warm-Ups, Monogrammed or
Lettered Garments, Activewear, Fleece, Socks, Bags and Custom Campwear.
Other Conditions:
TeamLeader assumes no liability for delivery delays due to our inability to obtain supplies, raw
materials or labor. TeamLeader also assumes no liability for conditions over which we have no
control including delays of carriers, accidents, strikes, war, natural disasters or other unavoidable
causes. TeamLeader prices are subject to change without notice due to unavoidable
causes.
